This is a GREAT company. I hired them to do my roof. Gene came out & checked it to make sure I would need a new one. He was with me through two adjusters! He is extremely through! A++ service! We had some wind damage to our roof and I reached out to Matt to get an inspection and estimate. He came out to the house the next morning (Friday) and let me know it was a simple fix and he could have someone come out over the weekend, or Monday at the latest, to do the repairs. Once he knew was needed, Matt got the materials from the supplier before they closed for the weekend and had a crew out by middle afternoon to get the job done. Matt also came out the following Monday to bring me a receipt and check the work that had been done. His entire team was professional and courteous from start to finish and truly made us feel like valued customers. We won’t hesitate to use Patriarch Roofing in the future!

Matt and his crew were wonderful. Before we even had a face to face meeting and fighting with the insurance, Matt jumped in and tried to help us. He is a stand up guy who cares about getting the job done the right way, keeping his crew safe, and the customers interest and safety in mind while completing the job. We had our roof, siding, and gutters replaced by Patriarch. All of the work was completed in a timely manner, and we had no issues or complaints. Matt is the owner. He has an outstanding work ethic, with the utmost professionalism. Excellent communication. He did all the legwork. All we had to do was select the colors we wanted. He explained everything thoroughly when we consulted with him before, during and after the jobs were being performed. He answered my (MANY) questions, always got back to me very quickly (always the same day,) and worked directly with our insurance company. We have zero complaints! This company is AWESOME! I was in good hands every step of the way. They were friendly and professional. When the came out to inspect the roof, they explained everything and initiated the call to the insurance agency….they were my personal hired legal attorney reps and new exactly what to say and what to expect and the crew that came out and did the work were AMAZING.
